A greeting changes with the clock and doorway

Choose dobro jutro in the morning, dobar dan through the day and dobro veče after dusk. Zdravo and ćao are informal, while doviđenja remains a safe polite goodbye.

A recorded answer gives useful pressure: recognise the situation, select the phrase and pronounce it without silently translating first.

Record one arriving phrase and one leaving phrase for three relationships: friend, neighbour and official. Change your tone as well as the words.
