Use “Na prvoj stranici upoznajemo glavnu junakinju.” as a listening cue and “Ona pronalazi neobično pismo ispod vrata.” as a speaking cue. The goal is accurate, purposeful Serbian rather than an isolated rule.

I am happy to present you my first Easy to read Serbian named "Šta možemo da vidimo na selu" book which consists of three parts:
  • First part written in Serbian Latin alphabet
  • Second part written in Serbian Cyrillic script
  • Third part with an exercise both in both alphabets

Rebuild “Ilustracije pomažu da pogodimo nove reči.” from its English meaning, but adapt “Poslednja rečenica najavljuje novu pustolovinu.” freely. The two results should sound connected to real communication, not to a grammar list.

Copy “Kratka poglavlja prate njen put kroz grad.” in the other Serbian alphabet from memory. After correcting the spelling, extend the thought with a reason or contrast.

Retell One Page in Your Own Serbian

Work from English back into natural Serbian, leaving “Poslednja rečenica najavljuje novu pustolovinu.” until last. Check endings, diacritics and Cyrillic letters before reading the answers aloud.
