Stop memorising naked verb endings
A verb table is useful, but a verb becomes yours when it lives inside a sentence. Serbian often drops the subject pronoun because the ending already tells us who performs the action. Čitam clearly means “I read,” while čitate means “you read” in the plural or polite form.
When the video gives you a complete situation, listen for three things: the stem, the ending and the words around the verb. Time expressions such as svakog jutra and uveče also help you recognise a habitual present-tense action.

Hear the person before naming the pronoun
Play a short section with the screen covered. Write only the verbs you hear. Beside each one, add ja, ti, on/ona, mi, vi or oni/one. Then uncover the sentence and check which ending carried the information.

- Change to oni: Ona govori polako.
- Write a question for vi with raditi.
- Convert to Cyrillic: Ti dobro razumeš ovu priču.
The endings confess

- Oni govore polako. / Они говоре полако.
- Gde radite? / Где радите? (Other correct questions are possible.)
- Ти добро разумеш ову причу.
Say the whole sentence, not just the missing verb. Context is what turns a correct ending into fluent speech.
