It is with great excitement that I inform you that yesterday we won the Accenture Innovation Award!
Amongst 230 companies that applied, Myngle was first selected as one of the top five that would present the concept in front of a jury panel from broader media, consulting, investment world. Quite exciting!
As founder of Myngle, I recorded a short one-minute pitch, which was shown already in a posting below, and a longer one, which was shown during the conference, you can watch it here too:
During the pitch, I thought I had to be myself, and tell the real reasons that had brought me to start Myngle. It is not only about business, but also about some idealistic little voice inside me that sometimes speaks somewhat harder; something that made me believe that there are possibilities within our capacity that can really make a difference. An award celebrates one visible moment, but the road to it is built from less visible things: a brave idea, repeated work and the decision to speak honestly about why the idea matters.
The language of ideas that become real
When you tell a success story in Serbian, connect the achievement with the effort behind it. Words such as ideja, hrabrost, uspeh and nagrada help you move beyond a simple “We won”. Past-tense verbs show the steps; the present tense can explain why the result still matters now.

Tell the story behind one proud moment
Choose an achievement from your own life. Name what happened, who helped and why it mattered. Speak for thirty seconds, then repeat the story with one extra detail rather than starting again from a memorised script.
