Christmas greeting in Serbian:
Hristos se rodi!
Христос се роди!
Response:
Vaistinu se rodi!
Ваистину се роди!
Christmas morning opens with a fixed exchange
The traditional exchange is Hristos se rodi!—Vaistinu se rodi! It is best learned as a pair: the first person announces Christ’s birth and the second responds “Indeed He is born.” The wording is fixed, so this is not the moment to improvise a synonym.
Pay attention to the consonant clusters in Hristos and vaistinu. Listen to each recording, repeat slowly, and then restore normal conversational rhythm. Serbian uses this greeting during the Christmas period; Srećan Božić is also understood, but it does not replace the traditional reply in this exchange.
The reply confirms rather than repeats

Let both recordings guide the consonants
Play the two audio clips separately. Practise the greeting first, then the response; finally, alternate roles with a partner five times without looking at either script.
