Follow the verbs across the tennis court
The missing words in the interview are mostly high-frequency Serbian verbs: hteti, osećati, igrati, biti, moći, ići and živeti. They describe intention, ability, movement and personal experience — exactly the language an athlete needs when speaking about form and future challenges.
Pay special attention to constructions with da + present tense: želim da budem, mogu da igram, mogu da idem. Serbian normally uses this pattern where English often uses an infinitive. The subject may stay the same, but the second verb still has a personal present-tense form.

Shadow an athlete’s answer
Choose two sentences from the interview and speak along with the recording, half a second behind the voice. Next, cover the text and reconstruct only the verb sequence. For example: želim — budem — osećam — mogu — igram. This keeps your attention on conjugation while the tennis context supplies the meaning.

Do not chase every unknown noun during the first listening. Catch the verbs first; they tell you what the player wants, feels, does and can achieve.
