*********** Translation & Answers*******************

The Locative case is used with the prepositions "on", "in", "about", "onto", "on", "to&near". It denotes the place where the action is happening, or where something is located. That's why it's named "the case of location", because in the Latin language "locus" means "the place". Here are a few examples with the preposition "U" (IN):

People live in Belgrade, Kruševac, Brussels or in a village. When the nouns are Masculine or Neuter and Singular, the ending is "u" (u Beogradu, Kruševcu, Briselu or na selu ). People live in Serbia, Belgium, Italy - but because these are the feminine nouns in the Singular, they lose the final "a", and they add an "i". ( u Srbiji, Belgiji, Italiji).

The Locative is also used to denote who we are talking about, and then it's used with the preposition "about". Yesterday I was talking about the friends, men, girlfriends and suits - in the plural this case requires the following endings - IMA for the Masculine and Neuter and -AMA for the Feminine plural. (the key: pričala sam o prijateljIMA, muškarcIMA, drugaricAMA and odelIMA)
