Darkness makes certainty grammatically risky
Mislim da introduces an interpretation: you are signalling that the statement may be wrong. After da, use a complete clause with a conjugated verb. Vidim…, znači da… is stronger because it begins with visible evidence and then draws a conclusion from it.
Avoid naming an entire event from one vague shape. Start with colour, number, posture and movement: Vidim tri siluete. Tek onda dodaj: Mislim da čekaju koncert. As more light appears, revise the claim naturally with možda, verovatno, ipak or sada vidim da.
